NOTICE OF ORAL PROCEEDING
An oral proceeding has been scheduled to address recent comments concerning the Board's proposed rules and regulations regarding Mississippi Administrative Code, Title 30, Part 2630, Chapter 1, Collaboration/Consultation with Nurse Practitioners.
The Board has scheduled an oral proceeding to provide individuals an opportunity to address the Board at their Wednesday, March 20, 2013, meeting. The oral proceeding is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. in the Board Room located at 1867 Crane Ridge Drive, Suite 200-B, Jackson, MS 39216.
The Board's rules and regulations state that persons wishing to make oral presentations at such a proceeding shall notify the Board at least one business day prior to the proceeding and indicate the general subject of their presentation. If you are planning to address the Board, please advise us, in writing, as soon as possible. A copy of all emails and letters that have been received, as well as any correspondence received prior to the meeting, will be provided to each Board member.
