Dr. Roderick Givens is a native of Saint Petersburg, Florida. He has practiced in Mississippi since 1996 and resides in Natchez, MS. He received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN and completed residency training in radiation oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. He is active in the Mississippi State Medical Association and serves on its Board of Trustees. He is a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Givens has three children. His oldest daughter is a labor and delivery nurse, the other daughter is a pastry chef and the youngest son is a recent college graduate with a degree in marketing. He enjoys travel with his wife of 32 years, scuba diving, tennis, golf and fitness training.
