Reprimand. Licensee shall complete an AMA Category 1 Continuing Medical Education course in medical ethics within three months.
Reprimand. Licensee shall comply with the Tennessee Board Final Order and provide proof of its successful relief before this Consent Order is lifted.
Consent Order placing terms on license. Licensee shall comply with the Washington Medical Commission order and provide proof of its successful relief before this Consent Order is lifted; is restricted from practicing telemedicine with patients located in Mississippi until then; and is permanently restricted from issuing written certifications for medical cannabis to patients located in Mississippi.
