Suspension. Licensee's license is suspended until he complies with the Colorado Medical Board Order of Suspension and provides proof of its successful relief.

Indefinite suspension. Licensee may petition for reinstatement no earlier than one year from the date of the order, after completing a Board-approved psychosexual evaluation and a comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation with a determination of fitness for duty.
