Manage Your License in MELS

Once you are licensed, MELS (Mississippi Enforcement and Licensure System) becomes your account hub. Current licensees use it to:

  • Submit a name change request
  • Print your wall certificate
  • Order an original wall certificate ($100 fee)
  • Print your wallet card
  • Report a surgical event
  • Add or modify collaboration information
  • View your approved collaborators
  • Register for Dispensing, Pain Practice, or Medical Cannabis
