Current licensees log in to MELS (Medical Enforcement & Licensure System) to update information and handle routine requests:
- Submit a name change request
- Print your wall certificate
- Order an original wall certificate ($100 fee)
- Print your wallet card
- Report a surgical event
- Add or modify collaboration information
- View your approved collaborators
- Register for Dispensing, Pain Practice, or Medical Cannabis
